What areas of my business can benefit from the J-Box? Benefits can be found by all areas of your business. Owners can reduce costs and find all of their stores' sales data in one place, with easy to digest analytics. Accounting (you always want to keep them happy!) can save a great amount of time and resources with our automated daily close process and transactional detail. Operations and dispatch can optimize fuel inventory management and avoid runouts, while improving their ability to forecast demand. We are always open to new ideas, so if there is something you need, we are listening!
How can the J-Box save me money? Our goal is for J-Box services to be budget neutral for the client. This can be accomplished by savings that result from efficiencies, automation, theft prevention, increased revenue from tobacco rebates, and adherence to street price change orders.
Do we have to run the stores, or can we put the J-Box in dealer sites? The J-Box makes sense for every operating model. CODO, COCO, DODO or any combination is fine. We can even help you separate the information so you can have distinct dashboards for each type. Users at every level can see what is relevant to them - no more, no less.
FEATURES
Can I have more than one login? You can have as many dashboard logins as you require! You can even limit the viewable data based on a user's job role. This means if you have a store manager that needs to see void transactions, but you do not want them to see fuel sales, you can restrict it. Likewise, you can limit District Managers to just their stores, while ownership can access the full portfolio.
Can I customize the reports? Absolutely. You can customize your dashboard views and any reports, along with their distribution methods, to fit your needs. We can assist with this customization.
Can you really file my tobacco rebates automatically? Yes. The J-Box is captures all the data that the tobacco companies need. That data is aggregated in the appropriate format for each submission and your rebates come directly to you.
Do we have to make modifications to the store for the temperature sensors? Not at all. The sensors are wireless and very easy to install. The battery is user changeable and will last 5 to 8 years.
How much do the temperature sensors cost and how many can I have per store? $25 per sensor, and you can have up to 25 per store.
PRICING
Will you let us demo the J-Box system? Absolutely. We're happy to offer a 30-day FREE trial of the system. We will ship you 1 – 3 units (based on your company's size) so that you can experience all of our benefits first-hand. At the end of the trial, converting to a full-time J-Box customer is seamless! Your demo boxes will remain in place (no need to swap them out) and we will work swiftly to onboard your remaining stores.
How much does the box and service cost? There is NO purchase price you will have to pay. We lease the box to you, and the lease is included in the service fee. This lets us replace the box if it fails, at no cost to the customer. Monthly service fees and upfront installation can vary based on the size of your business (discounts are available based on number of stores). Please contact us for more information!
Are we locked into a long-term contract? We typically institute 3-year service level agreements (SLAs). If you are unhappy with our services, we will work with you to find a solution that will make both parties happy (and so you never feel "locked"). All of the terms are spelled out in the SLA. No surprises, no gotchas, no hidden fees. We pride ourselves on being as transparent as possible.
LOGISTICS
How long does the J-Box take to install? We have designed the installation process to take about 30 minutes per store, with no store downtime – register or fuel. While we may install the boxes ourselves, we also partner with a few of the major c-store installation companies. You can even have your own internal or preferred third party IT team complete the install. Praxis technicians will be standing by to help with the process.
How much effort does my company have to put into onboarding? We will assist with the setup of the automation and data transport to make integration as easy as possible. We will send over a couple of preliminary forms that need to be filled out. Those will tell us all we need to know about the layout and system requirements of each store. Once installation is complete, our team will help your desired users access J-Box reporting tools and understand how to utilize everything we provide.
What does your support look like? A large portion of our support staff helped to develop the J-Box. They have done many installs and have written the supporting documentation. You’re in great hands, as the staff is trained to value your time over drawn-out trouble shooting. We will always strive to quickly address and correct any issues to keep all of your sites unhindered.
